Cabernet Sauvignon

Oregon is not known for Cab.  In fact, as a California winemaker I used to joke about making cab in Oregon.  Well, it is not a joke!  This wine is NOT green, it is NOT herbaceous and it is NOT hard.  It IS big and fat and juicy!  I kid you not.
