Wine Club Policies:
Upon subscribing to this wine club, you agree to recurring payments to J. Scott Cellars for the cost of the wine (at your club-discounted price), plus shipping fees (when applicable), according to your chosen club’s release schedule. An active email address and valid credit card are required on file. Club release orders may not be paid for at the time of pick-up unless the card on file needs to be updated.
You may deactivate your club membership at any time, provided you have received at least two club releases. Refunds will not be issued once a club release has been processed. Request to deactivate membership must be submitted in writing. Your membership will be automatically deactivated after two consecutive failed payments. You must be an active club member to retain membership discounts and benefits.
You are responsible for keeping your contact and billing information up to date. This includes your email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and credit card information.
One week before a club release, you will receive an email detailing the featured wines and dates of card processing and pick-up/shipping.
During the week prior to a club release, you are encouraged to make any desired changes to your club order and update your contact and billing information, if needed. You may customize your order online through your member portal, by email, by phone, or in person prior to a club release (this is highly recommended if you are having your wine shipped).
If you do not customize your club order ahead of card processing, you will be charged for, and shipped (when applicable), the featured wines. You may taste the featured wines and make any desired changes to your club order at the time of pick-up. Your credit card on file will be refunded or charged, accordingly, for any exchanges or additional purchases made.
Due to federal laws, you must be 21 years of age or older to join a club, and someone 21 or older must be available to sign for delivery of wine shipments. You will be charged the additional shipping costs to reship your wine if it is returned to J. Scott Cellars for lack of adult signature or incorrect address.
